Why should I hold a nutrition workshop?
With health care costs spiraling and chronic diseases like cancer & diabetes increasing at a shocking rate, its no wonder that everyone is disturbed and confused about how to prevent these and other pervasive health conditions. As you will learn from our Nutrition Workshops, the root cause of all our health problems stems from what we are eating. Our workshops will open your eyes to what has really gone wrong with our food supply and help you to understand what you should and shouldn’t be eating and why. You will leave knowing what to do/eat to protect and preserve your health and your family’s too. Everything that you eat either harms you or heals you - its really that simple. Over 2500 years ago Hippocrates (the father of medicine) said “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”  How right he was….and we show you why!
What is the format of your workshops?
Our Nutrition Workshops are not only rich in content, they are also multi-media experiences that deliver a highly visual presentation full of graphics, scientific  data and humor. All workshops are given by Catharine Arnston, our Founder/CEO who is well known for her dynamic and “inspirational” speaking style. At each workshop, we also bring a variety of healthy foods to sample and handouts to read. Time permitting we include a number of eye-popping video clips about the many dangers and toxins in our food supply.
How many people can I have in a workshop?
You can have 5 people or 500 in a workshop, it doesn’t matter to us. However we generally recommend you aim for at least 30 people in each workshop so that you gain the synergistic & bonding benefits of this eye opening experience.
Does the price vary depending on how many people attend?
The price for each workshop is the same whether there are 5 people or 50 attending it (this may change in the future but for now we have one flat price) so regardless if your nutrition workshop is given to a small intimate group in a boardroom or to a larger group in an auditorium, your price is the same. Prices only vary depending on the format you chose (the three formats and prices are noted on the last page).
How do I encourage my employees to attend the workshop?
We are finding that everyone wants to attend the workshop. But if you want to do something special, one clever thing we’ve seen companies do is provide their employees with a “Certificates of Attendance” which is given to each employee (sometimes along with a modest incentive/reward) when they attend the workshop. Often the “incentive” to attend is wellness related or a modest discount off their insurance deductible.
How long does a workshop last? 
Our workshops last either 1 hour, 1 ½ hour or 2 hours depending on which format you book. The prices vary depending on which format you select. (see the 3 formats listed below).
What days and times can I book a workshop?
We generally give our workshops Monday – Friday however if you need us to give your workshop on the weekend, we would be happy to discuss that with you. The fee may be slightly higher than noted here and if there are any travel costs incurred, they will be expensed back to you. We generally do not start a workshop any earlier than 10 am or any later than 7 pm but again, we are happy to work within your scheduling needs.
Do you offer any discount if I book more than one workshop?
Workshops can be booked in singles or multiples. In fact our workshops are such excellent “team building/learning exercises” that many companies are booking multiple workshops so that individual departments/teams within their company can experience our eye-opening presentation as a group. The bonding and cohesion that results when one is confronted with the realities of today’s health crisis and how to correct it, has to be experienced to be believed. And to thank you for trusting us to guide your employees to a healthier lifestyle, for every 5 workshops you book and pay for AT THE SAME TIME we give you the sixth one free! This works particularly well if you hold a wellness “day” or a wellness “week” since it gives you a chance to rotate virtually all of your employees through our Introductory Nutrition Workshop. This ensures that all your employees achieve a base level of awareness of how proper nutrition is their best path to preventative healthcare.
What are your set up requirements?  
To give our Workshops, we need an AV system that will plug into a windows/laptop computer, a projection screen, access to 2 electrical outlets, seating for the audience and a few tables for us to put materials on since we always bring a few healthy foods to the workshop for attendees to taste, books to read, “prizes” to win and handouts to take home on topics such as the dangers of milk, soy etc.
Do I need to do anything else to prepare for the workshop?
We recommend that you send an email to your employees to advise them of the date, time and location of your workshop(s). When you book your workshop, we email you a sample email that you can use. We also recommend that the day prior to your workshop, you post notices about the workshop with the date, time and location of the workshop clearly shown. When you book your workshop, we also email you a sample notice that you can use (you will need to add your specific details to it such as date, time and location). One more thing that you will need to do, is print copies of the handouts that will be given out at the workshop. Rather than bringing these handouts with us to each workshop, we email the handouts to each employer a few days in advance so you can print the number of copies you will need based on your expected attendance. This not only saves us from carrying heavy materials around, it also ensures that you have the electronic copies of each handout/article in case your staff need additional copies of it at a later date.
What about payment?
We ask that payment be made in full for each workshop at the time you book it. This guarantees your time slot. If you need to change or cancel your workshop date, we need to know in writing 72 hours in advance. Payment is by company check (ie no credit cards). All checks are made payable to Stealthealth.
Can I sell tickets to the public to attend this workshop?
We currently give our nutritional workshops only to employers or clubs who are providing these workshops to their employees or members. If however, you would like to book a Nutrition Workshop and market it to the public (i.e charge a fee to attend it), please discuss this with us separately since the scheduling, logistics & fees for this kind of workshop will be different from what is listed here.
Does the content vary depending on which format I chose?
The only workshop we are currently offering is our Introductory Nutrition Workshop, subtitled Food – The Cause and Cure of our Health Crisis? The content for this Introductory Workshop is the same regardless of which format you select. Only the price will vary depending on which “format” you chose. As you can see from below, we have three workshop formats for you to choose from.  Just select which format and pricing option works best for you. Noted below are the three workshop formats and pricing options that you can choose from:

1. Option One:  This two hour workshop is run continuously in one 2 hour time slot.

2. Option Two
:  This two hour workshop is broken into two 1 hour time slots with a ½ hour break in the middle. The break could just be a water break or it could be lunch, dinner, or snack. The break can be whatever you want it to be – but any food or drink is provided and paid for by the employer).  The break gives participants the chance to review the materials, speak with Workshop presenter, ask detailed questions, review the literature or books, sample the foods and share ideas with each other. 3. Option Three:
